Key Responsibilities Serve as the global point of contact for accounting processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all locations. Active role with future acquisitions to ensure proper integration Monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, forecasting, and variance analysis Support and work closely with Accounting department on financials, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with corporate policies Review and analyze operating expenses and identify process improvement opportunities Lead the implementation of process enhancements and system improvements within assigned areas of responsibility. Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and coordinating requests. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership to drive business objectives and support continued growth. Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong ERP and Excel skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
