Dispute Selection Specialist

Responsible for handling No Surprises Act claims, the full-time remote Dispute Selection Specialist will research claim eligibility, analyze data trends, and respond to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) notices in the CMS Portal. Key responsibilities Respond to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) requests in the IDR portal Research claims to confirm eligibility according to the No Surprises Act (NSA) Close cases based on IDR determinations and assist management with various tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments is a plus
