- Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Spa, and other departments on operational needs and improvements.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and barriers to leadership as needed.
- Support resort initiatives and assist team members during periods of high operational demand.
Safety & Standards
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and resort standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment for guests, associates, and team members.
- Properly operate tools, equipment, machinery, and vehicles in accordance with safety procedures.
- Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and operational risks promptly.
- Ensure all work reflects the quality standards expected of a luxury resort environment.
Qualifications

- Assist with seasonal installations, holiday décor, signage updates, furniture refreshes, landscape enhancements, and aesthetic improvement projects throughout the property.
- Support event-related setup projects and operational modifications for resort activations, special events, and property initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of sustainability efforts, environmental initiatives, and operational improvement projects as assigned.
- Coordinate and complete projects related to new programs, amenities, and guest experience enhancements.
- Help maintain consistency in the appearance, functionality, and presentation of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces across the resort.
- Support capital improvement projects and property upgrades through project preparation, coordination, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Recommend creative and practical solutions to improve efficiency, functionality, and overall resort presentation.
