Position Duties Include Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence. We are looking for workers in Duluth and surrounding areas to help disabled adults. This is a part-time role with varying schedules based on client needs and can grow into more hours as demand increases. Provide Direct Support to Clients This includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe. Building relationships with your clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator. Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc. Qualifications Qualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their home.
