About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Unit President to lead its commercial paving and concrete contracting business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business, including P&L, people, operations, and sales-to-operations alignment. This role demands a leader with a strong background in self-performing commercial paving or a closely related contracting business, who can guide the company through a leadership transition and its next stage of growth. Key responsibilities include strengthening field leadership, developing emerging leaders, and preserving a relationship-oriented, people-first culture while preparing the business to scale. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, deep knowledge of asphalt paving operations, and experience in concrete operations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and the candidate should be committed to safety, quality, and employee development. The role requires a leader with a track record of building operating capacity, improving execution, and the ability to balance customer and sales priorities with operational realities. The candidate should be a credible leader with the ability to assess work, coach, and engage with crews.
