About the Role

The Company is seeking a President of Healthcare to lead its significant healthcare education business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, driving enrollment and operating performance, and expanding the healthcare portfolio and geographic footprint. This role is pivotal in the organization's transformation, as the President will define and execute the healthcare strategy, lead organizational change, and ensure the business is positioned for both organic and acquisitive growth. Key responsibilities include owning the healthcare P&L, leading financial and operating performance, and accelerating enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced GM with a proven track record of growth, particularly in a multi-site or complex organization, and will have a strong background in higher education, with a focus on operations and enrollment. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare education sector, including regulatory environments and program development. The President will also be tasked with advancing the M&A strategy, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and integrating new businesses. A strong emphasis is placed on student and employee experience, with the expectation that the candidate will elevate both through the growth phase. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, with a strong focus on people management, and will be expected to partner across the organization to ensure the healthcare vertical has the necessary resources and support.
