Job Title: Job File Coordinator Location: San Leandro, CA Pay: Hourly, $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, Competitive based on experience About the Role Job File Coordinator/Estimator at SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos/San Leandro/Stockton. Responsible for assisting the Project Manager by monitoring job file status, completing audits, maintaining WIP, and ensuring timely documentation for audit and upload. Occasional fieldwork for scope assessment may be required. Primary Responsibilities Monitor job file status. Monitor and complete job file audit status. Maintain job file WIP’s (Work in Progress). Maintain internal and external communications. Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit process. Occasional field work to assess/document scope (training provided). Assist other departments, as needed. Position Requirements 2+ years of administrative or office related experience. Experience in the service industry is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, consistently courteous and professional. Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated and goal oriented. Ability to multi‑task. Capability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn new software. Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Hours 40 Hours/week. Hours between 7:00am to 7:00pm. Flexible to work overtime when required. Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience.
