LHH is partnering with a well-established organization near Solon, Ohio to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support their growing accounting team. This role is ideal for an AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports
• Perform invoice matching, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• SAP experience required
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
