Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to adult and pediatric patients based on assessed needs.
• Operate GE R860 Adult vents and Draeger Infant/Peds vents proficiently.
• Conduct routine respiratory equipment checks and maintenance.
• Deliver patient education on respiratory diseases and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to all critical care units as required to support department needs.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
