About the Location Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. Responsibilities Greeting clients as they enter the Spa Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and providing direction or instruction when appropriate Qualifications Excellent computer skills Flexible schedule that can work any day or shift, including weekends and holidays Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication skills Benefits We offer comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on‑site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays.
