As the Deputy Executive Associate Director for Management and Administration (M&A) at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), you will be responsible for providing coordination of all administrative and managerial lines of business and components, through executive-level leadership, to strategically address the administrative challenges faced in today's law enforcement environment while keeping pace with the dynamic growth and future of the agency. You will assist the Executive Associate Director in ensuring that M&A provides a robust, integrated information technology infrastructure; a dynamic human capital program that includes aggressive recruitment efforts; sound and cost-effective financial management policies, standards, and systems; and establishes acquisition strategies and oversight of procurement activities and contracts. Additionally, you will ensure that M&A leads collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, institute strong information governance and records management strategies and practices, develop and promulgate policy and agency regulations, and train and equip all personnel.
