Thru-Hole Soldering Tech - 1st Shift (Mon-Fri)

SynQor is seeking a full-time soldering operator on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) to install and solder thru-hole components in a high mix environment on electronic assemblies. You will follow assembly drawings, meet IPC-A-610 workmanship standards, and collaborate with team members to maintain production flow and quality. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 guidelines is preferred; some training provided.
