Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice. Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of therapy regulations, reimbursement, and compliance standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
