Treasury Sales Officer II - General Industries

Overview The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) leads product experts supporting Global Transaction Services, driving revenue streams and product penetration across a portfolio of large complex international firms. The role partners with relationship bankers, product specialists, and enterprise teams to develop and deliver customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives, acting as a digital ambassador for mobile, digital, and real‑time payment adoption. Responsibilities Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across assigned portfolio. Partner with Relationship Bankers, GPS Product Specialists, and other teams to develop and deliver customized treasury solutions. Act as digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real‑time payments adoption. Lead strategic dialogues around key client‑centric issues, leveraging best practices, benchmark data, and solutioning positioning. Accountable for revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing strategy, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and client‑facing treasury presentations. Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on client‑focused cost/benefit analysis and bank‑focused profitability analysis. Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts and collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Proven track record in treasury management sales. Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends. Strong business development and relationship management skills with complex clients. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proven negotiation and active listening skills. Strong executive presence and critical, strategic thinking abilities. Strong business and financial acumen, ability to navigate enterprise partners, and manage risk while balancing client, team, and bank needs. Effectively manage competing priorities in an organized, high‑satisfaction environment. Ability to work independently and as a close team member in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Skills B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or related field. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent. MBA or equivalent International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience.
