Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded approach to care
• Guide Patients and Families: Train patients and their families in therapeutic techniques to facilitate ongoing progress beyond the therapy setting
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical achievements and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patient journeys remain on the right path

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Support for continued education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (COTR) license
• Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
