Healthcare Billing & Operations Manager
Villahc
Villa Healthcare is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee accounts receivable, Medicaid/Medicaid Pending Residents, and billing for a skilled nursing facility. You will coordinate with Admissions and the home office to maintain accurate trust accounting and census data.
The role includes daily census entry, payer setup, RFMS authorizations, family collection calls, Medicaid redeterminations, and full financial record management.
