- Prepare grant billings, drawdowns, reimbursements, and receivable tracking
- Support month-end close through journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to grants, receivables, and deferred revenue
- Prepare grant financial reports and support audits and funder reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with nonprofit or grant accounting exposure
- Experience with accounts receivable, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Working knowledge of grant compliance requirements (federal, state, or private)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
