Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead Wheaton, IL | In Office with Hybrid Flexibility About the Opportunity A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Marketing Lead to own its marketing and communications function from strategy through execution. This is a highly visible role for someone who can serve as a strategic partner to company leadership while remaining hands‑on across investor communications, brand positioning, digital content, and presentation development. The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and Investor Relations to communicate the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio performance, track record, and market positioning to institutional and high‑net‑worth investors. This is not a property‑level or consumer‑marketing position. The role is focused on corporate marketing, investor communications, and strengthening how an investment platform presents itself to the market. Responsibilities Own and evolve the firm’s investor‑facing narrative, messaging, and brand positioning Develop pitch decks, offering memorandums, quarterly reports, annual updates, fundraising presentations, one‑pagers, and whitepapers Partner with leadership and Investor Relations on fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, conferences, and roadshows Translate investment strategies, market data, and portfolio performance into clear and compelling content Establish and maintain brand standards, messaging frameworks, and presentation templates Oversee the company website, LinkedIn presence, email communications, announcements, and executive thought leadership Gather investment and portfolio updates from acquisitions, asset management, Investor Relations, and company leadership Write and edit content for presentations, websites, email campaigns, social media, press announcements, and executive biographies Manage outside designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, web developers, and other creative partners Build repeatable processes and workflows that allow the marketing function to scale with the organization Qualifications Senior‑level marketing experience within real estate investment, private equity, investment management, financial services, or another sophisticated B2B environment Experience developing investor‑facing presentations, reports, and marketing materials Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and presentation‑development skills Ability to independently manage projects from initial strategy through final execution Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and investment professionals Experience managing outside agencies, designers, and creative vendors Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial or investment concepts clearly Willingness to maintain a regular presence in the Wheaton office Preferred Experience Direct experience within real estate private equity or private credit Familiarity with institutional and high‑net‑worth fundraising Experience supporting fund launches, investor roadshows, quarterly reporting, or capital‑raising initiatives Knowledge of website management, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn strategy Experience establishing brand guidelines and reusable marketing infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr
