Receives/logs maintenance calls and requests, assigns work, inputs data, files, prepares reports, develops schedules, and controls inventory access.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Must have a good working knowledge of computer operations/programs, filing systems and report procedures. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must be computer literate and efficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word or related software, such as Maximo. Requires effective communication and telephone skills.
