STORE MANAGER

Overview This job is located at: 1447 N.PLS. The compensation offered is $46,800.00 per year and the position is full‑time. Responsibilities The manager assists in supervising IHOP restaurant employees, focusing on operations in the front and back of the house with a concentration on profit. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, training, and range activities (when applicable). Assist in managing daily store activities, such as inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with company policies. Work under the supervision of the assistant managers to maintain cleanliness standards and operational excellence. Partner with the General Manager to promote a customer‑focused sales culture and drive store performance. Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional education or retail experience preferred. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or restaurant environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems.
