Job Title General Manager – Braum's Job Summary A positive, energetic professional seeking a career that offers an excellent compensation package and advancement opportunities. The role includes a top‑of‑the‑line bonus program guaranteed for the first 12 weeks at maximum level and paid bi‑weekly. Compensation and Schedule Annual Compensation: $66,500 – $76,000. Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm. Work Schedule: Rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week. Reports to District Manager. Responsibilities Execute the company’s brand strategy and promote vision, mission, and values. Ensure a customer‑centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality. Oversee daily operations of Braum’s food service, grocery market, and fountain sales. Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Implement store policies and practices and ensure compliance. Teach, coach, and lead store crew members to achieve unit goals. Analyze reporting results and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications 3–5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit. Associate’s degree or some college preferred. At least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license. Strong customer focus, work ethic, and high standard of integrity. Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the team. Ability to build trust and a successful team environment. Adaptability to customer and employee needs and store conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures. Follow‑up and discipline, initiative, and goal achievement skills.
