Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based clinical approaches Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with case managers, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to support client care Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensed in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT preferred) Experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based therapeutic modalities Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with empathy and respect Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment About Us: Ujamaa Place is a Saint Paul-based nonprofit organization deeply committed to empowering African American men and boys through culturally grounded programming, community support, and holistic wellness services.
