Richmond Region Senior Accounting ManagerThe Senior Accounting Manager position will cover Accounting and Finance related duties for three Legends Global Clients in Richmond Va:RPAC – Altria and Dominion Energy CentersVCU – Siegel CenterHenrico County Sports Authority – Henrico County Sports ComplexThe amount of time allocated to each client will vary based on need and set by The Director of Finance and the Senior Accounting Manager.The range of duties is as follows:Primary responsibility for accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting working with the accounting department personnel to ensure proper accounting controls and GAAP are in placeCoordinate annual audits with client external auditsAssist in the implementation of new accounting systems as necessaryTeach and mentor Accounting and Finance personnel in their accounting skills developmentDevelop strong working relationships with client counterpartsDevelop detailed knowledge of industry specific financial structures such as event closings and show settlementsParticipate with the DOF in developing forecast models and annual budgets for each locationDevelop working relationships with management teams of each location and become a trusted financial advisorWork with the DOF to develop "CFO" capabilities beyond accounting technical skills to build a well-rounded skill set necessary for career advancementServe as backup for DOF when necessaryOther duties as assigned.Compensation- Salary 95K-115K
