I opened my agency in 2023, and since then, weve built a growing team of three dedicated professionals focused on serving our community with excellence. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the oil and gas industry, but my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships led me to make the transition into insurance. I hold a Masters degree in Business and was born and raised right here in San Antonio. Im a proud husband and father of three, and when Im not in the office, youll most likely find me outdoors spending quality time with my family. Our office culture is built on loyalty, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning. We value integrity, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Team members are encouraged to be open-minded, collaborative, and fully invested in our mission to serve our customers with the highest level of care. We also make time to connect as a team, including weekly Friday lunches to celebrate wins and recharge together. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Specia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
