Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in corporate marketing and business development, which shaped my approach to leadership, strategy, and helping others succeed. I'm also an avid supporter of youth sports and enjoy staying connected to the community through local activities and events. Role Description

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ben Zeitz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
