Production Laborer
Spring Lake, MI, 2nd Shift, $14.75/hour
Job Summary
A growing company specializing in food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic 2nd Shift team. Hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday) with some overtime as required. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and shipped efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Laborer , your responsibilities will include:
* Following customer-specific batch and work orders to produce accurate products.
* Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas.
* Assisting with filling containers and drums with products.
* Packing and prepping finished products for shipment.
* Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
* GED or High School Diploma required
* Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Skills:
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate batching and production
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
* Time management and organizational skills for efficient workflow
* Team-oriented mindset and reliability
