What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU setting
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates with high-acuity needs
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams in care planning
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Participate in family-centered and patient-focused neonatal care initiatives
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a dynamic, technology-driven environment dedicated to clinical excellence

What You Need

• Georgia RN and APRN licenses with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Prior experience in NICU is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
