Are you compassionate, outgoing, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse and dynamic team in various locations across LA and Orange Counties !

As a Direct Support Professional , you'll have the opportunity to:
- Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) .
- Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate .
- Support clients in areas such as:
- Community Access
- Personal Care
- Medical Appointments
- Peer Interactions
- Recreational Activities
What We're Looking For:
- Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role
What You Need to Apply:
- Be 21+ years old
- Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in human services is a plus
- If you know American Sign Language , let us know! We have special opportunities for those with ASL knowledge.
