Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide trusted HR partnerships to business leaders and employees within a dynamic corporate/enterprise environment. This role blends hands-on HR operations with strategic partnership, supporting leaders from frontline management through VP level on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and broader people priorities.

• The ideal candidate has a strong Corporate/Enterprise HRBP background, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. Experience in a SaaS or technology environment, particularly supporting Sales or Customer Success organizations, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders from frontline through VP level on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and day-to-day HR matters.

• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance issues, HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

• Support talent reviews, talent planning, and performance management processes, with strong attention to documentation and follow-through.

• Serve as a trusted strategic thought partner, helping leaders translate business priorities into effective people and talent strategies.

• Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Management.

• Support leave-of-absence processes and collaborate with specialized HR teams as needed.

• Balance operational HR support with strategic partnership in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

• Build strong relationships across leadership levels while handling confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of discretion.

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and effectively communicate and transfer knowledge across HR processes and initiatives.

Experience:

• Strong HR Business Partner experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.

• SaaS, technology, or other high-growth/complex corporate environment experience.

• Proven experience in HR employee relations, performance management, talent management, and leader coaching.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

• Excellent communication, influencing, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to confidently partner with senior leaders while also engaging directly with employees.

• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive/confidential situations.

• Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic business partnership.

• Experience working cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence.

• Familiarity with Workday HRIS.

Skillsets:

• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other customer-facing organizations.

• Experience leading or participating in talent reviews and talent planning.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.

• Experience using AI-enabled tools in HR or business processes.

• Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize competing demands, and navigate ambiguity.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
