Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms. Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals. Implement evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, ensuring holistic support for clients. Stay informed on the latest research related to mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies. Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development workshops. Advocate for clients, emphasizing mental health awareness and the reduction of stigma across communities. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals and families who are dealing with marital strife, emotional challenges, and the impact of life transitions such as divorce. Qualifications Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and treatment protocols. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience or certification in specialized modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with addiction counseling and integrative care approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
