Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator at our facility located in Fontana, CA, 92336! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of operating and maintaining various machinery in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your skills and contribute to our success.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.Maintain accurate production records and logs.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.Assist in training new operators and team members.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr York Employment Services, Inc.
