Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators with a local manufacturing company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Machine Operators do essential jobs with rates starting at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and processing products, and maintaining workflows to meet company standards and customer specifications. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production expectations.

Requirements: 

 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Must be at least 21 years old due to the duties and products related to this position 

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

• Strong attendance and reliability are essential 

• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times 

• Must be comfortable working around strong odors/smells 

• Ability to work overtime and holidays based on business needs 

 

 

Shift & Pay: 

 

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM | $19.00/hr. 

• 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM - 9:45 PM | $20.00/hr.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
