Senior Industrial Engineer

Hiring: Senior Industrial Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Industrial Engineer to drive Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with process improvement, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing performance
Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and eliminate non-value-added activities
Conduct Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen workshops, DMAIC, and Root Cause Investigations
Analyse KPIs, operational metrics, and statistical data to identify improvement opportunities
Lead continuous improvement projects from identification through implementation and sustainment
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
Coach and train employees on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory standards, and medical device manufacturing practices

Requirements:
Strong experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Hands-on experience with VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis
Strong data analysis, KPI, and problem-solving skills
Experience leading cross-functional continuous improvement projects
Manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device or other regulated industries
Strong communication, leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills
