Assistant Warranty Admin - Automotive

Requirements:
- Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals.
- Package car deals, make appropriate copies of documents and send to correct financial institution.
- Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion.
- Communicate and resolve any and all issues with managers.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Automotive accounting preferred, with CDK experience, or some computer skills required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office.
Education and /or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude
- Must pass a background screen/drug screen/driving record screen
- Professional appearance
- Able to work independently
- Good computer skills/mathematic/internet savvy
- Able to multi task, prioritize, and react to situations promptly
- Some filing
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

About Our Dealership
Tony Gullo Sr., the Gullo Automotive Group's President and Owner, got his start in the car business in 1955. The Gullo family's three dealerships, Gullo Mazda, Gullo Toyota, and the Gullo Ford store, are run by Tony Gullo Sr.'s three sons: Tony Gullo Jr., Sparky Gullo, and Corky Gullo. The family's dealerships are big contributors to the Montgomery County/Conroe community and we are looking for talented candidates to join our organization.
