Medical Receptionist (Part-Time) Green Health Docs is one of the nation's leading providers of medical cannabis evaluations, helping patients access alternative treatment options through compassionate, patient-centered care. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our Tacoma, Washington clinic. Pay $17.13-$18.00 per hour Schedule Part-time 1-2 days per week working in our Tacoma clinic Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic records Process payments and complete administrative paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide exceptional customer service to every patient Build and maintain relationships with local dispensaries and community organizations Represent Green Health Docs at networking events and community outreach opportunities Protect confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Required: Customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic Preferred: Medical receptionist or healthcare office experience Front desk or administrative experience Sales, outreach, or business development experience Experience with scheduling software or electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) What We Offer Competitive pay: $17.13-$18.00 per hour Flexible part-time schedule Employee discount Paid training Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for professional growth Meaningful work helping patients improve their quality of life Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Experience Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Medical receptionist or healthcare office: 1 year (Preferred) Sales or community outreach: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (Preferred) Job Type Part-time Work Location In person - Tacoma, WA We believe every patient deserves compassionate care and outstanding service.
