Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) – required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
• Appropriate state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders across K–12th grades
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
