Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of billing and collections, ensuring maximum reimbursement, minimizing denials, and improving overall financial performance. Compensation 26-34/hr - $54,000-72,000 Benefits Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, 401k) Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Supportive and collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and payment posting Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities Manage and mentor billing team members to ensure productivity and accuracy Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and increase collections Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows Qualifications 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in dental or healthcare Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding, and reimbursement processes Experience with practice management and billing software Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
