Finance Manager

Responsibilities 日々の財務業務の監視（インボイス支払、現金回収、その他取引）。
会社の支払いに関するレビューと処理
商品カテゴリー別の在庫報告書のレビュー
会計データのモニタリングと分析、月次／四半期財務報告書および明細書の作成
月次および四半期経営報告書の作成および分析
銀行業務の確認と月次報告書の照合により、キャッシュフローを維持する。
月次、四半期、期末決算に必要なデータ・書類について、他部門、外注会計事務所、CPA監査人と調整・連携する。CPA監査、SOX、J-SOX、税務申告のための書類を作成する。
銀行手続きやリース契約を維持するために金融機関と連絡を取る。
CPAと連携し、所得税、売上税、その他の地方税の申告を行う。
会計方針および規制要件の遵守を確保する。
事業の拡大、コンプライアンス、拡張を促進するための手続き、方針、システムの変更の実行に参加する。

財務部長とCFOの年間予算策定をサポート
