Landscape Crew Driver

Landscape Drivers WantedWoodlake Outdoor is searching for landscape drivers to join our growing team! Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and must be at least 21 years of age. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!Responsibilities:Safely operate company trucks and trailers between the yard, suppliers, and job sitesLoad, secure, transport, and unload plants, soil, mulch, stone, tools, and equipmentComplete daily vehicle and trailer inspectionsKeep vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas clean and organizedAssist crews with landscape installation, including:Planting trees, shrubs, and flowersInstalling sod, mulch, soil, edging, and decorative stoneGrading, digging, and preparing planting bedsLoading and moving materialsCleaning and organizing job sitesCommunicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, suppliers, and customersReport vehicle, equipment, safety, or job-site concerns promptlyPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!Bilingual--Spanish/English preferredValid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of ageFamiliarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.Must be able to work outside in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a dayAbout Our Company:Woodlake Outdoor has been involved in creatively enhancing and maintaining the natural beauty of Texas landscapes for over twenty years.
