Messika is looking for a US Client activations manager based in New York. THE ROLE Reporting to the US Retail Director, your role will be to drive client engagement, loyalty, and sales performance across the US retail network. You will ensure the successful implementation of clienteling strategies, elevate the in-store client experience, and maximize the impact of client activation initiatives through strong collaboration with Retail, CRM, and Marketing teams. Your main responsibilities will include: Drive a client-centric culture across US boutiques, ensuring consistent and elevated client experience. Lead the execution of clienteling strategies, leveraging CRM, client insights, and segmentation to grow client engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Partner with Retail, Marketing, and HQ teams to deliver impactful client activations, events, and personalized engagement plans. Analyze boutique and client performance, monitor key KPIs (recruitment, retention, appointments, repeat business, ROI), and identify growth opportunities. Coach boutique teams through field visits, training, and best practice sharing to strengthen client development and operational excellence. Deliver business reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership, driving continuous improvement and commercial performance. PROFILE You have between 4+ years of experience in Clienteling, CRM, Client Engagement, or Retail Performance, ideally gained within the fine jewelry or luxury industry. You have a strong understanding of luxury client development strategies and the US retail landscape, with hands‑on experience using CRM and clienteling platforms. You are highly analytical and able to translate client data, business performance, and customer behavior into actionable insights that drive commercial results. Client-focused and results-driven, you are recognized for your strong relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills. You are proactive, hands‑on, and thrive in fast‑paced environments, collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams to deliver business impact.
