This correctional facility delivers outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment in Arizona. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by an on-site medical director. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Arizona, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions within a structured correctional environment. An on-site medical director is available to support daily clinical operations. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required.
