Financial Analyst

A leading organization is seeking a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Analyst to support financial planning, project investment tracking, fixed asset accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for an early-career finance or accounting professional who enjoys analyzing data, partnering with business teams, and helping ensure capital projects remain financially on track. Responsibilities Monitoring capital project spending against approved budgets Preparing weekly and monthly CAPEX reporting Forecasting project expenditures and cash flow needs Supporting funding requests and budget adjustments Assisting with fixed asset accounting activities Supporting SOX controls and compliance requirements Analyzing and explaining financial results to stakeholders Partnering with finance, accounting, and operational teams Required Qualifications 1 to 3+ years of accounting or finance experience. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of fixed assets, depreciation, capitalization rules, and GAAP accounting principles. Understanding of budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
