Account Manager

International Monetary Systems is a business-to-business sales company that is looking for motivated talent. The individual that fills this position will supervise accounts to ensure customer needs are met and create new business by identifying profitable opportunities. The goal is to generate sales and create long-term, profitable relationships. This position offers a great work/life balance. Primary job functions: Manage and develop existing client portfolio of 200-250 accounts Set sales targets and performance metrics to increase client sales and purchases Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure Facilitate transactions of products and services throughout local and national businesses Sell across diverse industries Be able to up sell accounts What you need to be successful: Confidence and enthusiasm selling over the phone Outgoing and engaging personality Knowledge and previous use of Outlook, Microsoft Office & Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Be familiar with sales performance metrics Have reliable transportationHealth and life insurance at 90 days Seven paid holidays Six early release days 401k plan Two weeks of vacation your first year, three weeks in second year Wellness program - vision, dental and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Imsbarter
