Located in Pocatello, ID Salary: $15.00/hr ???? WE'RE HIRING: Front Office Coordinator Express Employment Professionals - Pocatello is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to become part of our internal office team! Our Front Office Coordinator is often the first person our associates and clients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, organized, and ready to keep up in a fast-paced staffing environment. And there's another BIG part of this role… ???? SOCIAL MEDIA! Previous social media experience is a MUST. We need someone who is comfortable creating engaging content, developing posts, and helping keep our local Express social media presence active and engaging. What you'll be doing:• Greeting and assisting associates, applicants, and clients
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Helping applicants through the onboarding process
• Scheduling appointments and interviews
• Assisting our Employment Specialists with daily office needs
• Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative tasks
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Taking photos and videos for social media
• Helping promote job openings, hiring events, community involvement, and our Express team
• Engaging with our local audience and helping grow our online presence What we're looking for:
• Previous social media/content creation experience - REQUIRED
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Creative and confident developing content ideas
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working in a busy, people-focused environment
• Able to juggle multiple priorities throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed This isn't just a front desk position.
