BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide for a Full-Time opportunity to complete home care visits to clients located throughout Gloucester County, NJ. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. What you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most – in the comfort of their own home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Home Health CNA your responsibilities will include: Activities of daily living Light housekeeping Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Assisting with ambulation Medication assistance What you should have: Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA/HHA Have successfully completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide Have a criminal background check completed Meet all state requirements Enjoy being part of a team that cares and a company that believes in leading with our values Ability to travel to cases as assigned The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
