What you will bring to this role: At least 2 years of experience in supervising production teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Duties and Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process. Ensuring the quality and quantity of the products meet the specifications and standards. Managing the inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment. Coordinating with other departments such as engineering, quality control, logistics, and maintenance. Training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the production staff. Implementing and enforcing safety rules and regulations in the production area. Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in the production process.
