Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient condition, treatment progress, and response to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code — dark blue or blue scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact eligibility
• Experience in Med/Surg or Oncology nursing
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Med/Surg Oncology setting
• Familiarity with oncology treatment protocols and patient management
