Allegiance Staffing is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition efforts throughout the Houston market. What You'll Do- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field sales activity.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers including Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce challenges and present customized staffing solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM activity and disciplined follow-up.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales activity, appointment, and revenue goals.
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales, staffing sales, or business development experience.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
