Express Employment Professionals is looking for a physically fit and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is critical to the production process, as you will be responsible for precisely weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials to create high-quality pharmaceutical batches.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Preparation: Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients (powders and liquids) according to specific batch records and formulas.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor industrial blending and mixing equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of batch numbers, weights, and processing times to ensure full traceability and cGMP compliance.
• Heavy Lifting: Manually load and unload raw materials into blenders; this role requires frequent lifting and moving of containers.
• Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of blending rooms and equipment between batches to prevent cross-contamination.

Qualifications

• Physical Strength: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs consistently) and stand for long periods.
• Mathematical Accuracy: Strong basic math skills are required for precise weighing and measuring of ingredients.
• Experience: Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without deviation.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
