We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Assistant. This is an in-office position involving purchasing activities, data entry, and general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Assist with purchase orders and purchasing-related tasks. Perform data entry and maintain accurate purchasing records. Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for daily communication and recordkeeping. Track orders, organize documents, and assist with general office duties. Communicate with vendors and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and time-management skills. Previous purchasing or office experience is a plus. Work Location: In-person / In-office Pay: $18 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
